I'm a licensed mental health counselor with over four years of experience working with children and teens- first as a therapeutic mentor and now as a counselor. Being born and raised on the Outer Cape means I'm a proud member of this community and value the opportunity to support the next generation of Cape Codders. My approach is strength-based and evidence informed. I believe that every young person has the capacity to learn the necessary skills to manage life's hardest moments and grow into emotionally intelligent adults. I am currently accepting new clients in person and via telehealth.
